Business Development Internship - Marketing

The Programme 

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our team at Apstia.  

This internship is ideal for MBA or BBA students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy.  

The intern will work closely with our Business Development and Sales team, helping to identify new business opportunities, research target markets, and contribute to our growth strategy. 
 
Duration: 6 months 

What You Will Do

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities and partnerships. 
  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business leads. 
  • Work with the marketing team to understand market trends and support in the creation of business strategies. 
  • Help maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships. 
  • Perform competitive analysis to help shape sales strategies. 
  • Assist in managing and updating the CRM with client information and follow-up actions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and technical teams) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support in organizing and attending client meetings, conferences, and networking events.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with a keen interest in market research and competitive analysis. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
