Construction Cadet Role – Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project coordination, documentation, and procurement tasks.
• Conduct site visits, assist with quality checks, and liaise with supervisors.
• Perform general site labor tasks as required to support project progress.
• Learn and adhere to construction standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

 

• White Card (construction induction certification).
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-capped boots, high-visibility clothing, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses (mandatory for site work).
• Willingness to engage in both administrative duties and hands-on site work.
