The Programme

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to the development of Insurtech solutions for the Company.
• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of insurtech projects.
• Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives.
• Help prepare project documentation, including status reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Identify and report potential project risks and issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.  
• Strong interest in project management and the insurance industry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent Cantonese, and good written English.

• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
