Our Sydney head office is looking for a part-time Chinese speaking Admissions Officer.

This is a challenging and rewarding position with a primary responsibility of processing applications and enrolments for students. There are excellent career progression opportunities from within and outside the department.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Process school applications and enrolments
• Daily correspondence with overseas branch offices and agents
• Case management and follow ups
• Liaison and relationship building with institutions

The Successful Applicant will possess:

• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to multitasking with great attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• The ability to learn quickly with a positive "can-do" attitude
• Past administrative experience will be an advantage
