What You'll Do:

  • Conduct security risk assessments and assist in identifying vulnerabilities and remediation pathways.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls aligned to industry and government standards.
  • Perform security analysis across systems, applications, processes, and data to identify gaps and potential threats.
  • Contribute to security assurance activities, maintaining documentation for audits, governance, and compliance.
  • Assist with client engagement, including workshops, requirement gathering, and preparation of reports.

Expanded Technical Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security solutions that enhance overall organizational security posture.
  • Govern the use of enterprise security tools and architecture frameworks, ensuring consistent and secure adoption.
  • Build and maintain digital identity and platform security capabilities, including IAM, PAM, and zero‑trust components.
  • Develop strategies for data protection and cloud security, incorporating encryption, classification, and secure architecture principles.
  • Establish and operate Security Operations Centre (SOC) capabilities, supporting threat detection, incident triage, and response workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, National Security (International Relations) or any related field.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
    • Understanding of security risk frameworks and assessments
    • Working knowledge of security controls and industry standards
    • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and communication skills
    • Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work onsite in secure environments

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity Analytics
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant or related security skills
  • Advanced knowledge of threat intelligence
  • Intermediate proficiency in incident response
  • Expert understanding of risk management frameworks
  • Advanced skills in designing security architecture
  • Intermediate proficiency in compliance and regulatory standards
