Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/IT：Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, measurement and control technology, industrial manufacturing, robotics engineering, intelligent manufacturing, and related majors
Technical：Safety, environmental protection, surveying and mapping, advanced materials, clean energy, cost engineering, and related (similar) majors
Functional：Law, auditing (including risk control), finance(including taxation), human resources, supply chain, administration, secretarial studies, and related (similar) majors
Languages：French, Spanish, Russian, Serbian
*Candidates with particular talents, excellent writing ability, drive, a sense of responsibility, and strong overall aptitude will receive consideration regardless of their major.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time courses only).
2.Open to students of all majors, including science, engineering, finance, literature, and history; combined knowledge of humanities and sciences preferred.
3. Proactive and motivated, with a strong aptitude for learning, excellent communication skills, and work well in a team. 
4. Candidates with experience as student leaders, interns, or in part-time work are preferred, as well as those with proficient foreign language skills.
