Talent Programs:
• Electromechanical Talent Program: graduates in mechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering and instrumentation interested in equipment management positions.
• Foreign Language + Specialty Talent Program: graduates with combined foreign-language and specialized-field expertise.
• Foreign Nationals Talent Program: overseas students in China may be placed in their home region and sign with the overseas subsidiary.
