Who Can Apply:

We welcome graduating students from universities worldwide in the Class of 2027, with graduation dates between August 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027 (as per graduation certificate date). Master’s degree candidates are preferred.

About the Program:

The Yum China MT Program is a two-year accelerated development journey designed to cultivate future leaders within the company. Within each track, you will experience four rotational placements, gaining comprehensive exposure to different facets of the business. This program offers tailored training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience to fast-track your career growth. We are now recruiting for three major tracks in 2027: Marketing, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions.

What We Offer:

1. Marketing Track

· Marketing Trainee: A two-year rotational program designed to cultivate future marketing leaders through exposure to digital campaigns, cross-brand IP collaborations, and award-winning creative projects.

2. Supply Chain Track

· Supply Chain Trainee (Procurement): Develop expertise in end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, cost control, and supplier collaboration while building a global supply network.

We're looking for:

· Cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills with a strong sense of food safety compliance

· Data analysis skills and agile market insight with ability to think critically

· Willingness to embrace challenges and curiosity to learn

· Strong project management and teamwork capabilities

· Professional working proficiency in English

· Supply Chain Trainee (Food Innovation Team): Lead product innovation from concept to launch using advanced technologies and consumer insights to create next-generation popular products.

We're looking for:

· Passion for food trends and ability to identify and predict popular products

· Ability to combine data analysis with sensory inspiration in product development

· Detail-oriented and innovative mindset with strong collaboration skills

· Professional working proficiency in English

· Supply Chain Management Trainee (Food Safety)
Responsible for end-to-end food safety and quality standardization management across all Yum China brands throughout the entire supply chain, and leveraging new technologies to drive the optimization of industry standards and regulations.

· Supply Chain Management Trainee (Logistics)
Participate in rotational practices across all logistics functions, contributing to continuous innovation in logistics models.

3. Corporate Functions Track

· Group IT Management Trainee
Participate in the development and operation of various intelligent agents within restaurant and enterprise-level systems. Grow into a product manager with a solid technical background and a deep understanding of business.

· Group Finance Management Trainee (Investment and Investor Relations)
Responsible for tracking industry and market dynamics, financial valuation modeling, and due diligence on target companies. Draft investment analysis reports and assist in investor relations management.

· Group Finance Management Trainee (Financial Planning and Treasury)
Participate in group financial planning, business performance analysis, and project support. Develop comprehensive capabilities in financial planning and treasury operations.

· Brand Strategy and Financial Planning Management Trainee

Deeply engage in business decision-making and new model development across multiple brands, cultivating versatile finance professionals and kick-starting a career in strategic analysis within the F&B industry.

· KFC Brand Operations Management Trainee (Product Preparation and Process Optimization)
Design, develop, and implement restaurant equipment and packaging solutions. Design solutions to enhance kitchen output and operational efficiency.

· KFC Brand Operations Management Trainee (Artificial Intelligence)
Participate in the planning, establishment, and continuous optimization of the overall technology framework for restaurants. Explore applications of large AI models to improve restaurant operational efficiency.

· KFC Brand Operations Management Trainee (Operations Training)
Participate in the development, optimization, and rollout of operations training and talent development systems. Organize nationwide training programs and talent competitions.
