About the Position:

We welcome 2025 graduates (graduating between September 2024 - July 2025) to join our Management Trainee Program, designed to cultivate versatile talents in the beauty industry.

Positions：

1、Marketing: Decode beauty market trends, lead tech-driven skincare innovation, and co-create beloved Chinese beauty brands.

2、Content: Build multi-channel communication strategies and business partnerships, launching scientific campaigns from traffic acquisition to brand positioning.

3、Operation: Master O2O operations across platform e-commerce, interest-based e-commerce, and new retail, optimizing "people-product-scenario" strategies.

4、Product Development: Craft blockbuster products from 0 to 1, delivering value to millions of users.

Requirements：

1、Education: 2025 graduates with a bachelor's degree or above, major related to the chosen position.

2、Core Competencies: Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking and decision-making, result-oriented mindset and creative execution, collaboration and leadership, communication and co-creation, consumer insight and empathy.

3、Passion: Deep interest in beauty industry trends and a love for the cosmetics sector.
