- Fresh Talent Program

Job Responsibilities

This program is open to fresh graduates across regions worldwide. It aims to nurture technical elites for the enterprise who will become future industry leaders. The program offers diverse learning opportunities and comprehensive career development for high-potential trainees.

Trainees will receive training at the Hong Kong Headquarters: Phase 1 covers rotation training across multiple key departments; Phase 2 involves in-depth practice in technical or specialist roles at headquarters or secondment within China Telecom Group companies. Through this program, high-potential trainees can acquire extensive industry and business knowledge, improve a wide range of professional skills, and rapidly grow into core talents capable of undertaking key business responsibilities of the company.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s and Master’s fresh graduates from domestic and international universities, class of 2027;

2. Majors in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics including Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Information Engineering and other related disciplines;

3. Strong capability in learning and reflection, innovative mindset, proactive in tackling work challenges and bridging skill gaps;

4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to adapt to team-based working environment;

5. Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities

This high-caliber talent development program is tailored for top fresh graduates of science and engineering disciplines, leveraging training resources at the Hong Kong Headquarters. It features customized learning and development in key departments in Phase 1, followed by personalized in-depth professional exposure in Phase 2. Through differentiated talent deployment, development and incentive mechanisms, the program helps graduates grow into leading technology talents for the future.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s and Master’s fresh graduates from domestic and international universities, class of 2027;

2. Proficient in written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English;

3. Candidates shall meet at least two of the following academic achievements during their studies: ① University-level or above scholarships; ② Awards from authoritative science and engineering competitions; ③ Patents for invention relevant to the major; ④ Core participation experience in national key projects or key laboratories; ⑤ Outstanding academic performance; ⑥ High-level research outputs such as papers published in authoritative journals.
